Please read these terms carefully before using the 223bdt platform — this is the agreement between you and us.
1. General Terms and Conditions
223bdt is an online gaming and betting platform operated for adult users residing in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, card games, and many other online gaming services.
These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility
The following requirements must be met to open an account and enjoy gaming services at 223bdt:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You are registering with full mental capacity and of your own free will.

2.1 Account Information and Verification

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person or household, the additional accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses may be cancelled.
3. Age Restrictions
The 223bdt platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity on this platform.
If a user is found to have opened an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at 223bdt is ৳100 (per method). The currently supported payment methods are:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests must be for a minimum of ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may be longer under exceptional circumstances.
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:
- Account verification must be complete.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
- It is preferred that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
- There must be no pending investigation on the account.
4.3 Currency
All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in other currencies are not currently supported.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus. Example: The wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus is ৳22,500.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Each bonus offer applies once per member.
- 223bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 223bdt may investigate and cancel the bonus.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
223bdt reserves the right of final approval on every bet. 223bdt has the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
6.2 Sports Betting
When betting on cricket, football, and other sports, please keep the following in mind:
- If a match is abandoned, bets will be refunded.
- Live betting odds may change at any time.
- Match results will be finalised according to the decision of the relevant authority.
- Bets linked to match fixing or illegal activities will be cancelled.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Game outcomes are completely random and do not depend on previous results.
6.4 Game Cancellation Policy
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, 223bdt will review the game log and provide a fair resolution. All game history is retained.
7. VIP Program
The 223bdt VIP Program has three tiers — each tier provides special benefits:

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 223bdt platform:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing bonuses or promotions
- Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
- Betting using automated bots or software
- Using another user's account
- Providing false identity or information
- Misconduct towards employees or support staff
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems
If any of the above activities are detected, 223bdt will immediately close the relevant account and may take legal action if necessary.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure by 223bdt
223bdt may close or suspend an account in the following situations:
- If a breach of terms and conditions is proven
- If fraud or deception is suspected
- If the account has not been verified
- If the account remains inactive for a long period
- By order of a court or regulatory authority
9.2 Closure by the User
